After serving as a White House Intern, Olivia received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Forensic Anthropology and an M.S. in Criminology and Victimology from the University of Central Missouri. She also studied Organizational Leadership to further her knowledge in the nonprofit sector and completed a certificate in Executive Leadership from Northwestern University.
In addition to her current professional role, Olivia serves as the Board President for the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault and is a member of the Harris County Adult Violent Death Review Team, the Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals, and Women of Wardrobe in support of Dress for Success Houston.
Olivia’s passion is mentorship in the nonprofit sector and raising up the next generation of leaders to ensure the sustainability and longevity of social impact and community growth. She believes in curating ecosystems that support advocates, giving space to healing, and building global resiliency.
