Composting Shame
Shame keeps us in the dark, in silence, isolated from community. When we slap shame on top of our grief, anger, our feelings o being complicit, then it becomes unspeakable and dangerous to our wellbeing. In this session, we will explore a few core questions:
- What’s the worst thing I’ve ever done?
- What is one shame I have carried that may need composting?
- Naming the ways that we struggle with shame and grief and the bows and arrows we shoot at others as unhealed outlets for our anger and grief.
