Dr. Neftali Pereda is the Chief Programs Officer at Radiant Futures. Before that, Dr. Pereda spent 4 years as the Director of Kinship & Parenting at Olive Crest. Prior to that he spent 5 years as Director of Community Support Services at Boys Town California, and spent 8 years as a case manager and therapist in LA County- 5 years of which were in a locked psychiatric facility.

He has done numerous presentations and speakerships throughout Orange County, and has guest lectured at Ryokan College of Psychology, California School of Psychology, Loyola Marymount University, Cal State Long Beach, and USC.

Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz. He received a Master’s degree in Education and Cultural Foundations from Cal State Long Beach and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ryokan College of Psychology. He also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State.
