This presentation will introduce the National Guard’s Special Victims’ Counsel Program and the Judge Advocates who represent eligible victims of sexual assault and domestic violence through the civilian and military investigative and justice processes. Focus is on the intersectionality of SVC’s with local law enforcement, military investigative agencies, and civilian, military and educational entities.
